CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 22 (UPI) -- Britax Child Safety Inc. of North Carolina said Wednesday it is recalling its Boulevard child restraints. Britax said the restraints fail to comply with safety regulations.

Bayer Sells Unit to Advent, Carlyle for EU1.2 Billion (Update3)

US: Britax recalls child restraint
Britax Child Safety is voluntary recalling Boulevard child restraints (model number E9L57) sold in the US that fail to comply with safety regulations. The recall includes only units of this model produced from 1 March 2006 to 1 August 2006.
