Andy Pettitte will miss his next scheduled start for the Houston Astros because an elbow injury. Pettitte, 13-13 with a 4.37 ERA this season, left in the third inning of Tuesday's game in St. Louis after straining a flexor muscle in the elbow on his pitching arm.
