Naysayers will (Stencil Letters) return borough to 'Dead Bank' 

This letter is in response to the letters to the editor of The Hub regarding the council meeting on Monday, Aug, 28. I attended that meeting and according to Mr. Bill Meyer the meeting was something that "resembled a 'Jerry Springer Show.' " He was absolutely right!

Your news article ("Top-dollar workers for a top-dollar county," Washington County Weekly, Aug. 31) comparing the "high salaries" of responsible public servants was a disservice to the community in its slightly veiled attempt at deception in comparing their salaries to those of nonequivalent jobs.
